wasn't expecting to have a kitchen. the place is 1 km away from akaroa downtown. was a great base for trip.

A family-friendly place, we greatly enjoyed its marvellous location. Family room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a lounge area and a writing desk, everything worked for us. Besides, parking was available onsite. It was easy walk to Akaroa city centre.

Helpful staff and location was SUPERB. It was walking distance to pohatu penguins.
